What are my chances? (UPenn)

Hey there! My top choice for college is UPenn and I just want to know, what are my chances of getting in early decision based on my stats?

SATs: 730 CR, 800 M, 730 WR, 2 attempts
SAT II: 800 Math II, 760 Bio, 720 Spanish
GPA: ~97 weighted so around 4.0
Rank: 40/816
APs: Biology 4, Spanish 5
Senior Course Load: 3 APs (Chem, Physics, Calc BC), 1 honors

Extracurriculars:
volunteer with BuildOn: ~150 hours
school tennis team for 4 years, varsity for 1
NHS-2 years
National Spanish Honor Society-3 years
TEAMS Engineering Competition 1st place-9/10 grade division

Work:
summer job at medical clinic as a receptionist
still working there through the school year once a week

I think my UPenn supplement was very well written. It was the essay that I had to invest the most time and thought into and it turned out awesome.

~Thanks!

Reach… Wharton would be quite difficult, CAS would be a bit easier. Also, essays will be important. But as far as admission to Penn goes, you are there in the competitive pool.

UPenn: Reach

Your SATs are strong, but your GPA and APs aren’t. Your ECs could be better too. I would say Upenn is your reach, maybe around 50%.

Chance back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1574644-please-chance-my-ed-ea-will-chance-back.html

Reach - GPA and SATs are good. EC’s and course load is weak.
