Hey Guys, I’m a junior planning on applying for the USC Dornsife Resident Honors Program.
Some info: RHP typically admits 20-40 students out of 75-150 applicants
Any analysis on my chances of getting in would be greatly appreciated.
GPA: 93.6 (not a 4 point scale)…I go to a very rigorous and nationally ranked/acclaimed prep school (St. John’s in Houston)
SAT: Not yet (likely 1570-1600 range?? New SAT)
SAT 2: Math 2 (800), Bio (760)
AP: WHAP (5), Chinese (5)
Junior Year Course Load: AP English, APUSH, AP Statistics, AP Calculus BC, Honors Physics I (AP course not available for juniors), Digital Applications I
Other years were all maxed-out difficulty given our curriculum
Major Awards: National Merit Semifinalist?? (PSAT not out yet…sophomore score was 1460/218)
Other Achievements: Newspaper (The Review) Staffer of the Year, 2016 Outstanding Male Athlete nominee
