What are my chances? What can I improve on?

Hello, my names Cody and I’m currently a junior in high school on track to graduate in 2017. I was wondering what my chances are of appointment into the USNA, I am applying in the next week or two for the NASS. What are my chances? Am I on track?

Academics:
Academically I have all As and Bs never a C in high school, and I take as much honors and AP classes as I can.
GPA: 3.5 (most likely going to increase when next grades come out.)
Class rank 27/83 Top 30ish% (Even though my class is very small, it is very, very competitive. My ranking is going to most likely increase when grades come out.)

Algebra I: 88

Intermediate Algebra: 96

Spanish II: 85

Sophomore:

Geometry Honors: 80
Algebra II Honors: 81
Biology I: 92
Spanish III: 80

Junior:
This semester:

PE: 96(FH)/ 98 (now)
Marketing: 95 (FH)/ 98 (now)
AP US History: 85(FH)/ 92 (now)
Next semester I have:
Honors Pre-Calc

The predicament I face is that most of the classes they look at for NASS is next semester for me. Will this effect my chances?

Sports:
From 7th-8th grade I played High School JV Soccer.
From 9-11th (currently) I am on the Varsity team, and I have lettered a swell.
In 8th grade I dont know if this will matter, or if it will since it was a high school sport, I won a sportsmanship award from the governing body for high school sports in MA (MIAA).
I don’t know if this will matter but with my team I’ve been a part of a league championship, 2 district championships(WMASS), and a state championship. (MA)
I might run Track and Field this spring too.

Co-Curricular:
This is a section I am currently working on because I know this has to be strengthened.
Community Service:
I help train little kids in a soccer clinic. (Instructional Soccer).
I help volunteer at a thing called the Street Store (its ran by my mothers friend.) , its basically a store of free clothes, shoes, hygienic supplies, and misc. All for the homeless and less fortunate.
School Co-Curricular:
Provisional member of the National Honors Society.
I am currently trying to get more involved by joining some clubs, and I intend to run for a position in the student government, or student council.

Oh and something that has been scaring me is that I have Asthma, its not really affecting me today like when i was diagnosed when I was young. Does the academies do waiver? If so can you do the Methacholine Challenge Test?\

Oh I accidentally left this out but I got a 950 on the PSAT. I know its average and needs to be better, standardized tests have never been my strong point.

Your PSAT score would put you somewhere around 45-50% nationally, which may very well be a disqualifying factor for NASS. Hopefully USNA will still approve a preliminary app and make you an official candidate. After that,a ll you can do is work your butt off to do well on the SAT/ACT
