<p>I am a 12 th standard student from India. I was thinking about doing my B.E. in Aerospace Engineering(with Aeronautics) from USA (for the fall of 2010)as there are hardly any good universities back in India with Aerospace Engineering. Can anyone help me with finding a good university with aerospace engineering in US with financial aid and scholarships for international student. I got a SAT score of 1640(very low) as I screwed my reading section(480) and got average scores 620(maths) and 540 in writing.</p>

also been the house vice captain,class monitor,member school quiz team;
1st prize in inter house basketball and 2nd prize in inter house football;
played national level chess
gave many olympiads(like the cyber olympiad,science olympiad,teri..etc) and got national ranking.....
attended many leadership and personality development camps,was the member of the astronomy club, the photography club.....etc</p>
<p>And the main one:- WON THE 2nd PRIZE IN NASA SPACE SETTLEMENT CONTEST 2009 and also designed an aeroplane which was appreciated by the boeing people in INTERNATIONAL SPACE DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE 2009</p>
<p>I was thinking about applying to Embry Riddle, Purdue University, University of Michigan and University of Texas Austin for Aerospace. Purdue University is my first preference and my dream university.</p>
<p>Can I make it out there with my present SAT scores and EC's . What should I do? Should I apply for early action or wait for normal deadline?</p>
