What are my chances with my statistics of getting into upper tier colleges???

Hey, I've applied to a few colleges soon, I would like to know what my chances of getting into a few of my dream colleges are.

Freshman Year:
Honors English 1
Honors Biology
Algebra 2/ Trig
PE/ Health
French 1
Symphonic Band
Jazz Band

Sophomore Year:
Honors English 2
AP World History (Got 5 on test)
Chemistry
Wind Ensemble (Tryout, selective band)
French 2
Pre- Calculus

Junior Year:
AP English Lit (got 4 on test)
AP Calculus AB (5 on test)
AP Physics (5 on test)
AP/ UW Psychology (5 ontest)
French 3
US History

Senior Year:
UW English 101 (University of Washington)
AP Statistics (5 on test)
AP Biology (5 on test)
AP Chemistry (5 on test)
AP Gov/ Pol (5 on test)
Business Law/ Economics

My cumulative GPA is a 3.95. The only A minuses that I got were in AP Lit in junior year and Honors English freshman year, as well as an A minus one semester in senior year. My SAT score was 2270, and my SAT Math Level 2 score was 750 out of 800.

I was involved in Honors Society for three years a member of good standing. I eventually became an officer for Honors Society, at first being secretary and then president for two years. I am involved in my schools pep band as well. I performed at Carnegie Hall as part of an artist's showcase with my Honors Wind Ensemble I had to audition to get into. Plus, I am involved in Technology Student Association as a state officer for two years and a chapter officer for three years, having placed multiple times at the State and National Competition level for:
Extemp. Speech
Digital Video Production
Career Comparisons
Debate
Music Production

Finally, I am involved in my school and involved in the community. I have a job and also volunteer at the Mill Creek Jazz Festival as a sound engineer every year. I have many good recommendations from my Honors English 2 teacher, my counselor, and French teacher. In my sophomore year I got involved in a "Wall" project that shed light on genocide around the world. Inspired by this, me and some friends put together a benefit concert (on our own!) and hired bands to play to raise money for charity. I also consider myself a pretty good writer on college essays.

What are my chances of getting into the following schools?
Dartmouth
USC
Stanford
University of Washington
Duke
Carnegie Mellon- Tepper School of Business
UCLA
UC Berkely
Cornell University

I am indian though haha... :/
So what are my chances?

Oh and my PSAT was a 230…I was a National Merit Scholar and a finalist for the Ayn Rand essay contest my junior year.

I’m also passionate about music and I’m in a band that performs around Seattle for events and at certain venues…if that adds to my extracurriculars haha.

Standford is a reach but the rest seem reasonable

If few odd things. You seem to be a math/science kid but your recs are from English and French teachers? And you didnt even take AP French! Also, most colleges don’t want recs from a soph teacher, your counselor probably won’t allow that.

I see no problem with the UCs, USC and CMU, UW. Dartmouth, Stanford, Duke less likely. They really want to see things like that 4th year of language and very strong ECs.

Oh haha my recommendations are from my English teachers because of my analysis…though I do consider myself proficient at math, I am better at analysis and writing. My recommendation from my French teacher is a character rec because she is one of my confidantes and knows me well.

Wile the above is great, you need teachers who will check the box that says you were their best students ever. That might be tough for a teacher who has only had you in regular classes only to level 3 in a language.
