Hi, I'm a high school junior. I have a 3.5 GPA, participate in 13 extra curricular activities (inside and outside of school), National Honor Society, have leadership roles, have many certificates and awards, have 2 current unpaid internships and currently work as an administrative assistant at a Ford dealership. Next year, I will be taking some AP classes. My major is engineering.

What’s your SAT math score? Have you taken SAT Math2 and Physics, if so what are your scores? What’s your STEM average (ie, average just for science/math classes)?
What AP’s will you be taking (AP Calculus and AP Physics?)

If you manage to get a 1500 (out of 2400), you’re probably safe at Spelman. Best of luck!

Well actually for Spelman, 1700-1800 would make it a sure thing and 1600 a good match, but 1500 would keep you within match range still (mid 50%). It’s very important you get 600+ in math to ensure smoother sailing in engineering classes, plus a 600M would make Spelman a sure bet since very few admitted students get that. :)
