Ivy Leagues are a reach for everyone, so Cornell and Columbia are reaches for you. Get a 2200 on the SAT and NYU is a god possibility. You still have a SHOT at the others, but it’s a small one.
@stardust4321 - Don’t give up on Ivy League colleges, because like I said, they are a reach for EVERYONE. Anyone with a 2200 on the SAT (you don’t have that yet) can realistically apply to any college, so you should also choose some non-Ivy League universities and even some top Liberal Arts Colleges if those interest you at all.
Like I said, NYU is a good choice, so look for schools at about that tier. Also, I will admit to not quite having a grasp of your GPA based on how you presented your grades. You want to have a good chance of getting into a top 20 LAC or a top 20 National University then you should shoot for 2200 SAT and an A- average minimum. If you fall below either, then you need a major hook (URM, athlete, some other amazing EC) to be accepted to those colleges. If you don’t have those things, then you need to set your sights a little lower.
