What are my chances with these colleges?

I want honest and concrete opinions.

I’m thinking about applying to:
Hofstra Uni (currently first choice)
NYU
Boston Uni
Penn State
Rutgers
HPU (maybe?)
And that’s all I have so far…the list is still building (kinda). All I can say is that there is no way I’m getting into big Ivy Leagues like Yale, Harvard, Stanford, Cornell, Princeton, etc so I’m not even thinking about them.

I’m just a sophomore in high school, at the moment. GPA is currently 3.8571. I took the PSAT and got a 153. It was my first time taking it too - 49 in Math, 48 in Reading, and 56 in Writing. I’m hoping on doing MUCH better next year.

Freshman year I took all Honors courses and two regular courses (one of them wasn’t offered at honors level). Made A’s in all of them except for a B in one honors class.

This year I’m taking all Honors courses except for Chemistry + AP Psychology. I started off TERRIBLE (1 D, 2 C’s, 2 B’s, 3 A’s) during the first quarter but now in the second quarter I’m doing much better - 3 A’s and the rest are B’s.

Junior year I plan on taking all Honors courses + 3 AP’s. Senior year I plan to do the same with about 4-5 AP’s.

I barely have any EC’s, just Junior Honor Society for freshman year, which I barely contributed to. I want to go into the law field, and possibly major in Criminology, which Hofstra offers. Only problem I have with the university is that it’s very expensive - hoping to get grants/scholarships.

I plan to take the SAT next year. And possibly SAT subject tests.

Rutgers you have a pretty good chance
