I currently go to a private high school and was wondering what my chances were of getting into any of these private colleges and a few UC's.

My school doesn't offer AP's.

What chance do I have at these schools?

UCSB
UCSD
Haverford
Whitman
Bowdoin
Wake Forest
University of Vermont
Eckard
Duke
Lewis & Clark
U of Mich
U of Chicago

Thanks, and did I forget to add anything?

Can anyone help and just tell me which are reaches and matches.

I am not an expert, but since noone is helping you out I will try to give you my opinion.

UCSB - safety
UCSD - match if OOS, safe match if in-state
Haverford - slight reach
Whitman - safety
Bowdoin - slight reach
Wake Forest - safe match
University of Vermont - safety
Eckard - safety
Duke - reach (reach for everyone)
Lewis & Clark - safety
U of Mich - safe match (due to high GPA)
U of Chicago - match

I would suggest applying to alot of match schools, and maybe 1 or 2 safeties. There is no point applying to alot of safeties.

Ok, Thanks for the reply.

All I'd like to know is, why are you paying thousands to go to a school that doesn't offer AP's? That seems silly.

I pretty much second all that the other person said. You've got a lot of safeties on that list that aren't really necessary. Coming from NC, I know Wake Forest and Duke are both tough ones to get into, so best of luck with that. I think your top reaches are those + Bowdoin and UChicago.
