What are my chances, ya'll?

It's almost submitting time... yikes. I keep going back to that scary thought that I might not get in. Please let me know if I'm being ridiculous, or if I really do need to worry.

ACT: 32comp 33superscore (34E, 33M, 33R, 32S) Writing score is just embarrassing...
GPA: Unweighted 4.0 Weighted 4.4474
Rank: 4/421 Top 1%

Junior year: AP Chem 4, AP English Lang 3, APUSH 3
Senior year: BC Calculus, AP English Lit, AP Psychology

Recommendations: One from last year's AP English teacher who knows me very well and currently has me as TA. She'll certainly have plenty of praise.
The other is from my AP Chem teacher. It was the hardest class I ever took, and I hate science. But I got a 4 on the exam. He knows that and was impressed by my hard work. He is also the IB coordinator at my school, (IB wasn't offered until the class below me, so I didn't have that option).

Extracurriculars:
Band- 4 years, 7 if you count middle school. Started the instrument at age nine. Section leader in marching band. Superiors at solo and ensemble.
Choir- Joined in tenth grade once I had room in my schedule. Auditioned for and made the top choir, (jazz), at my school my senior year. Soloist.
Involved in Knowledge Bowl and Wordsmith.
Active NHS member; will have a minimum of 50 hours of community service by the end of the year. I really have way more than that, but I hate documenting it all. Takes away the integrity, in my opinion. I volunteer because I want to.
Volunteer children's worker at church for the past nine years. I work every Sunday with the three and four year olds. Currently, I'm often left to lead the class of 20 with one other helper. It's about two hours each week.
Tutoring: I've been involved in various tutoring [deals, systems, programs?] throughout my years as a student, starting around fifth grade. I hate it, to be honest. I'm not good at explaining how to do things that come so naturally to me. HOWEVER, as far as colleges are concerned, I did it, and I still do, so that's something. Currently, I am a TA in a standard class and the teacher sometimes has me take a kid across the hall to help them read. Next semester, I'll be tutoring failing students every day during fifth period.

Hobbies:
Writing novels. I participate in NaNoWriMo. I've posted a book online that is due to receive a popularity award at the end of this year.
I also write articles and post them online at triond.com to earn extra cash.

Essays:
The supplemental one is strong, and focuses on an unusual personal experience. I chose the "between living and dreaming" topic.
Haven't written the other essay yet- my grammar and writing mechanics are fine, and my ideas are usually pretty deep, however I don't know if I communicate them well. My teachers tend to say that I'm too vague/general and I'm not really concrete. I just don't work that way...

You have a great shot! ECs, test scores and GPA are right in line w/ UChicago. UChicago really focuses on essays, so make sure you write killer essays!!!
