Your stats are on par for the Ivies, maybe slightly lower than average but anyways. ECs and awards are probably a bit below average for the Ivies, but def on par for the others. With good essays you probably have an OK shot at all those schools.

What’s your IB grade? (looks like you’ve tried to convert to GPA? DON’T!) If you’re IB is really impressive, like a 43-45/45 - than you’re chances at all those schools are probably good. From by “reversed conversion” it seems like you have a 44 which is really good. What are your higher-levels? What grade did you get in them?

With that said, if your IB is 44:
Harvard - med/high reach
Dartmouth - high reach (because of fin aid)
U of Penn - high reach (because of fin aid)
U of Chicago - low reach/match
don’t know about the others.

Please chance back! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1062868-chance-swede-wharton-harvard-yale-etc-2.html</a></p>

bump…
come on please… I’ll chance back!

Just looking at your SAT II scores, I believe the median at HMC for Math 2 is 800, so you’ll most definitely want to pick that up. I would also suggest a Chemistry score of at least 750. At Mudd you would have to take a year of Chem and Chem lab, so you want to show you are up to it.

bump…

Um…median of 800 - check your definitions, Suin.
The middle 50% of admitted Mudders score in the 760-800 range for the Math 2,
[HMC Fast Facts](http://www.hmc.edu/about/fastfacts1.html)

John - you have a solid shot at all your schools, but you could also fail to get into nearly all of them. You would definitely pass the ‘can do the work’ screen, but after that, things get much fuzzier. Are you a good fit for each school? UChi really values writing, and a certain intellectual outlook. For HM, you’ll need to show that you can stand up to a very demanding schedule - and are committed to STEM. JHU is a very competitive place - and has a strong frat and sport culture - and actually has winter - does that suit you?
UWash is pretty likely.
Financial aid is a whole different story - schools vary a lot, particularly for internationals.

bump once again :)
