<p>Alright finally its senior year and I have my grades and transcript all set. I want to see how I would fare in these six schools I am applying to.</p>

<p>My #1 school = NYU.
My Safety = UMASS</p>

<p>Emerson is high on my list and I want to go there as well, but not before NYU.</p>

<p>I think as of now your chances at NYU even early decision are slim. The grades and ECs are there, but test scores are a pretty big factor at NYU. Since its a big, urban university SATs is a good barometer when it comes to a lot of applicants. </p>

<p>Have you taken any SAT IIs and what have you gotten on your AP Exams? Your SAT scores are way lower than the median SAT range for NYU which is around 1350-1400. Now, if you were to take the SATs again and at least hit around 1300, I think you've got a much better chance with ED.</p>

<p>I don't know much about Emerson, but I think BU is a pretty solid match school for you. You will get into UMass.</p>

Writing: 560 </p>

<p>CR: 600
Math: 590
Writing: 570</p>

<p>I was extremely happy to see the 110 point increase in CR lol. It becmae my highest score lol.</p>

<p>UCLA cant be too far of a reach for me can it? And NYU is about the same SAT score range as myself. I hope thats a plus</p>

<p>UCLA is big reach for anyone out of state unless you have a 2200+ SAT and a 4.4UC GPA...sorry but UCs are state schools..they belong tothe tax payers of California</p>

<p>awww drats. Is that the same with USC as well. I know USC is on the lower end in comparison ot UCLA</p>
