What are my chances?

<p>I applied to University Park as a pre-nursing major in late October, but still have not heard back...</p>

<p>GPA: 3.6 (unweighted)
ACT Composite: 27
Class Rank: Top 19%
AP Classes: AP English, AP US History, and AP Biology
Honors Classes: Honors American Literature, Honors British Literature (School only offers Honors classes in the English dpt.)
Essay: Great
Letters of recommendation: Admissions told me not to send any?
Extra Curriculars:
-Varsity Dance/Pom Team (Captain)
-Ballet (Several lead roles)
-National Honor Society
-Interact!

-Green Group
-Many more</p>

<p>-Over 200 hours of community service completed</p>

<p>I have also been employed as a dance instructor of a children's company at a local dance school since 2006. </p>

<p>What are my chances of admission?!</p>

<p>I have basically the same stats as you. My GPA is a little higher and I dont know how the SATS equal out with ACTs. But everything else is the same, very involved in EC and volunteering.</p>

<p>Ive looked at SO many statistics on different websites (Naviance, College Date, College Scroller etc) And it says my chances of getting into UP are high, and that I’m a good match. Check the bubble graph that the PSU gave to see where you are.</p>

<p>But I wouldnt totally go by that. According to those websites and who they’ve let in in the past, I’d say your chances are pretty good. But you never know I’m in the same boat, so its kind of iffy!</p>
