I haven't done much to prepare for college. I've visited a few schools over the last year or so and enjoyed Northwestern the most. Some schools I'm looking to apply to in no particular order:

Northwestern
U of Chicago
Dartmouth
Cornell
UPenn
Brown
Colombia
UVA (Safety)

My transcript:

2320 SAT (800 M, 790 W, 730 CR) One sitting
225 PSAT (80 M, 71 W, 74 CR)
4.35 GPA weighted. About a 3.85 unweighted.
One year of varsity swimming, 3 years of cross country, 3 years of track, 4 years of band.
AP tests: CS (4), Chem (5), Lit (4), Calc AB (5)
Major Awards: NMSF

I just want to know what to expect.

Your SATs are terrific; GPA is a bit low for those schools. However, with good essays you have a good shot at all those schools.

Northwestern: MATCH
U of Chicago: MATCH (You need really quirky/awesome essays for UChic)
Dartmouth:
Cornell
UPenn
Brown
Colombia: (I sincerely hope you meant Columbia University)
The Ivies are a reach for anyone, so yeah.

UVA (Safety) : Yep, almost safety.

Chance back?

Are you involved in any clubs are hold any leadership positions? I’ve heard that those help a lot, but I’m not too sure for I haven’t actually applied yet. I do know that essays are what really makes the difference, so just make sure you write a great essay that describes you as a person outside of the classroom. If you can write a mind blowing essay, your chances of getting into any college will go up. Anyways, best of luck!

P.S. I was wondering if you can chance me too; it would be much appreciated :)
