Do I have a chance of getting into the University of Pennsylvania?
It's my dream school but I will not be applying ED because I don't want to risk not getting enough financial aid.
I am a Hispanic[Mexican] and will be the first in my family to go to college.

You definitely have a shot at Penn if you do these 3 things.

 1. You definitely need to get your SAT scores up into the 2000-2200 range to be a competitive applicant.
2. You would need to emphasize in your essays your background
 3. You should definitely apply ED, it illustrates your commitment to the school and the school has an admissions policy where no one who is admitted will have to turn down the school because they can’t afford it.
