Based on your thread I would tell you to go straight to HELL! Well not really, but don't be surprised if the SAT score hurts you. Have you tried taking the ACT? I can give you the following advice or information. You will have a hard time here if you are trying to be a crusader. If you mind your own business, that is fine. However, no one is going to listen to you rant about the evils of the student body. Also, they are many students here who are agnostic or follow other religions.

All of that said. National magazine = good. You know your major, excellent. You need to figure out why you have a passion for German, and convey that in your essay and the interview.

If this post has upset you, then good, welcome to Kenyon (allstu style). I wish you the best of luck!

there are quite a few things Kenyon students have in common. I am glad that you are interested in photography: that seems to be one of the common hobbies here. However, you will find that Kenyon students, while extremely talented, are very modest about themselves. While I do not doubt your awesome abilities one bit, I think you might find it a little different here when it comes to modesty and stuff like that.
like molbioace06 said, the SATs will hurt but your essays and ECs look impressive.
Good luck with your application.
btw, allstus rock!

im going to hope that your 1200 is from the old version of the SAT. if it's on the new one...

well,...you know
