What are my chances?

I am applying to the schools of geosciences and natural sciences. Be brutally honest. If you could estimate my chances for Texas A&M and Texas Tech, that'd be cool too.

I'm in the top 20% of my class, and my gpa is 3.95. I guess this is my fault for being lazy, and is probably my weakest point. Supposedly, my school is supposed to be pretty competitive. All but 2 of my core classes were Pre-AP/AP (Algebra 2 and Chemistry were Academic/honors or whatever). I am taking Stats instead of Calculus this year, which I realize is a mistake.
These are my SAT scores

600- math
620- reading
710- writing
1930- total

These are my AP scores

Human Geo- 4
World History- 5
US History- 4
English- 5

I have been in JROTC for 3 years. I'm on varsity armed drill team for the second year. I've done about 15 hours community service with the unit. I was in track for 2 years and have done maybe about 10 hours community serivce with a church. I mowed lawns every summer, if that means anything, and I'll probably get a real job within this next month. I'll probably get 1 letter of recommendation. I am hispanic and in-state, if any of that matters.
Thanks, and please be honest.

? This is the UT Austin section…lol go to texas tech and Tamu sections

^He knows that. He was asking for chances there too.

At the top 20% and with your other numbers, your chances are below average for UT. However, you do have a chance and I would definitely apply if you really want to attend UT. And in case you weren’t sure, being Hispanic does boost your app a good bit.
