What are my chances?

Hello..I am a junior in high school and I was wondering what my chances to getting into college are..
Starting off freshman year, my final average was a 91. However, in my sophomore year, I had many problems that led my grade go down the drain. My final average for sophomore year was 76. However, I transferred high schools and for my first semester of junior year I raised my average to a 92. I am still waiting for my second semester grade but I plan to have my final average as a 95. My current GPA from freshman to junior year (first semester) is 82.70. Yes..it is really bad..But I really am motivated to bring it up at least up to 85 before senior year. I haven't taken my SATs yet, but my practice scores are 1650. I am planning to make sure my grade is up to 1900 by the second SAT I take. I volunteer in the hospital for 4 years straight. I am also in Army JROTC. I am planning to take AP courses during my senior year. I want to major in nursing. I want to apply to schools that automatically accept me into their NURSING PROGRAM.

What are my chances to get in:
NYU, Stony Brook, Hunter, Adelphi, Binghamton, Buffalo, Albany, Geneseo, Boston U, Boston C, Hofstra, Molloy, Pace U, or any other suggestions for nursing schools?

Please be honest. Thank you so much :D

you can probably find the automatic acceptance rate on most of the school web sights you see. sorry i couldnt be more helpfull
