What are my Chances?

Hi Friends,
I am currently a junior with a big problem. i want to get into boston college or university and i don't know if i can get in. If you guys (and gals) could help me figure it out, that would be great. Here are my numbers:

Average GPA: 2.5

SAT
Math-670
Critical Reading-620
Writing-680

Classes junior year:
AP US History (haven't gotten my ap test grade back)
English American Lit
Precalculus
Arabic I
Bio 1A (advanced)

Extra-Curricular:
Flute 4 days a week for a total of 10 hours a week playing flute

Commute:
45 minutes to get to school, wake up at 6:00

Highly selective school, no class ranking

I think that's all I can write about. if you guys could help, and if you don't think i can get in, post some suggestions or alternatives, that would be great. Thanks so much!

Maybe BU, but no chance at boston college with that GPA. Test scores are on the low side too.

Your gpa is kinda low. I know for Boston College the average uw gpa is around 3.7 or 3.8. I wouldn’t give up yet though! I would retake the SAT or maybe take the ACT. If you do really well on those that would help a lot. You can also take a couple of college classes at your local community college to help raise your gpa. They’re usually pretty easy (especially if you take a class like psychology) and they look good for colleges. You can also do some volunteering and get some work experience. Privates also look at your first semester grades of your senior year, so try to do really well next year too!

Good luck and chance me back pleasee!

I’m sorry but with that GPA it will be hard to get into either. Maybe look to transfer after a year or two at a different school.

Chance me back?
