What are my chances?

This school is my first choice, so I hope I have a decent chance of getting in.
My cumulative high school GPA is 4.1 weighted, 3.8 unweighted.
Freshman year, I took 2 honors courses (English and social science). Sophomore year, I also took 2 honors courses (English and world history). Junior year, I took 3 AP courses (English Lang, Biology, and Calculus BC). Senior year, I plan on taking 1 AP course (English Lit) and 1 honors course (Physics). I'm taking 3 years of a foreign language, 3 years of symphonic band, 4 years of lab science. I took Algebra 1 and Geometry in middle school. Does that count toward high school credit? If so, then I'll have 5 years of math.
My SAT score is 1930 (1240 by the old grading scale).
I've been in Girl Scouts since third grade, so I have quite a bit of community service through that. I was in gymnastics for nine years, but I quit in 8th grade. Other than that, I haven't done any sports.
I didn't go to a Catholic high school, but I'm involved in my church and currently in the process of getting Confirmed.
I'm an English major.

Also, do you have any recommendations to improve my chances? Should I retake the SAT, take SAT subject tests, take the ACT?
