Your GPA and EC’s look alright. Try to bring those test scores up a lot, if you really struggle to you can also look into places like Bowdoin, at which, from my understanding, sending test scores as part of your application is optional.

for all of those colleges, you need to raise the SAT/ACT scores. yours are way way way to low, for BC and colleges like that you need at least a 28-29, and for rice cornell and vanderbilt, you need at least a 32… you have a lot of clubs and ECs but I would fear that you don’t have any focus but rather, you have a whole lot of ECs that look like you are trying to look impressive, which works, but colleges will see through those ECs unless you show serious commitment to them. Number 1 priority though is raising those standarized test scores because you really won’t be looked at unless you raise those scores up by a lot…

Weak chances at best for Vandy, Brandeis, Rice, Boston or Cornell even with a 2000 or 29. Its gunna be hard raising it that high. You only need 3 letters of rec at most, not 12. Mediocre CLEP/AP scores. WAY TOO MANY ECS. Quantity vs Quality. This is not competitive for any of the schools on your list as of right now.
