<p>hello,
i really want to get into UF for undergrad.
i go to a private school in florida i am a rising senior
I have a 4.3 weighted gpa and a 4.0 unweighted.
I skipped the 8th grade and went straight into 9th.</p>
<p>my ap exams scores.
world history 4
us history 5
psych 5
language and comp 4
chem 2
this year (senior year) i am taking ap bio and ap stats.
i am also going to dual enroll for one semester and take either humanities or sociology class</p>
<p>my first sat score :1230 (math and writing) its weak, i didn't really study for it i plan on taking it again in oct.
I also plan on taking sat subject tests for us history and math 2</p>
<p>extracurricular:
on the varsity basketball team for 4 years, been captain for 2 years
on the soccer team for 4 years
on the football team for 4 years
won several awards for MVP and such in basketball</p>
<p>I have been playing the clarinet for 4 years and the violin for 2</p>
<p>i plan on joining national honors society this year.
since 10th grade I've been volunteering once a week to teach kids to read and write arabic.
won an award for getting the highest in the study of Arabic in the annual state competition for 3 years straight.</p>
<p>I also volunteer at an ice rink to teach kids how to ice skate.</p>
<p>If it means anything my parents are both doctors, foreign graduates yet redid their residency here in the U.S. , I would also like to pursue a career in medicine.</p>
<p>What do you think my chances are at applying to UF?
