what are my chances??

i didnt attended high school here
applied for the fall 2006
ucla, ucr, uci, ucsd, ucsb

major: anthropology
gpa: 3.34
never joined any club
volunteer work for about 3 years
no any awards
was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, not now/.</p>

ming1515:

UCLA: Super Reach (out of state)
UCSD: Reach (out of state)
UCI/UCSB: Slight Reach (out of state)
UCR: Match (out of state)

what does "out of state" mean?

It means you don't go to a high school in California, so admission to the UCs is harder.

im resident of ca by the way..
would UCs count this?

If you live in California . . . your chances would change
I'm no expert on the UCs, so wait till flopsy replies again

in state helps a lot for UC actually (i have a friend from 2 years ago who got accepted into stanford and some top ivies, but somehow not uc berkeley because he was from ny)

ming1515:

UCLA: Reach
UCSD: Reach
UCI/UCSB: Slight Reach
UCR: Match

m..no much difference/.\
i start worrying about what i should do next..if im rejected by all UCs ><
thank you guys..
