<p>I am a transfer student applying to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities for Architecture. I will have a 30 credits with probably a 3.0 after the spring of 2013. Also I will send my app in, in February, when will they get back to me? Will they wait until after the spring semester for my final GPA or will they just reject me if I have a send in an app. in with 12 credits and a 2.nothing.</p>
