What are my chances?

Hi(= I'm applying to college, and I'd like to get a good idea of my chances of getting accepted. My stats and extra-curriculars are below, so please be honest. Thanks in advance!

SAT Score: 1910
ACT Composite Score: 29
4.2 weighted GPA / 3.6 unweighted GPA
Rank: 14/350

Member of my church choir (3 years)
Volunteer at UCD Med Center
ASB Junior Class President (2012-2013)

I'm interested in doing neuroscience/pre-med in college. The colleges I'm interested in are:

UC Berkeley
UC Davis
UCLA
UC San Diego
University of San Diego
University of San Francisco
University of Chicago
University of Rochester
Columbia University

I’m going to assume your stated GPA is your UC GPA when I make this assessment.
Columbia- Reach
Uchi- Reach
UCB- somewhat of a reach given your test scores/ GPA
UCLA- Similar to UCB but better chance
UCSD- Much more of a match
UCD- Match

I’m not too familiar with the others on your list as far as where you’d fit into them. Overall I think for most of the California schools you have a shot it’ll be your SAT/ACT that might keep you out of UCLA and UCB. All that being said, a good personal statement can always elevate you application so be sure to put some time into those if you really have your eyes set on UCB/UCLA and don’t want to retake tests. As far as UCSD and UCD are concerned I think you fit well into their profile and have good chance of being admitted. However, Columbia and Chicago might be a bit of a reach to be blunt, still worth applying though because you never know what could happen. Good luck applying and feel free to chance me back if you’d like!
