IGCSE exam grades: (which basically evaluates my performance in 9th & 10th) 4 A*s and 4 As</p>
<p>ECs:
Music- solo singer in school-related programs. Do this quite often.
Theater- active in the theater program at school in 9th, 10th & 12th grade, played 3 lead roles and had 1 isolated monologue performance in HS
Student council posts for 2 years
Model UN (I've only been to 2, one of which was the Harvard MUN India, because my school is really new to the MUN circuit, but I plan on MUNing more in college)
Soccer team (we've won 2nd in one tournament and 3rd in another), also was coached at a soccer academy for 2.5 years in high school

-taught history classes as a guest lecturer in 4 sessions, to 9th and 10th graders
-Helped build a protective wall for a village school
-Helped plan a charity concert to raise money for Uttarakhand flood victims, also performed several songs in this

<p>Recommendations: I think that they will be pretty good. My counselor recommendation in particular comes from our head of school who is quite well known across the country, and she was virtually my mentor for two years so I can count on a personalized letter.</p>
<p>Work experience:
Unpaid internship in Summer '12 at an arts center for those with disabilities for 3 weeks (aided in teaching art, dance, music, theater)
One-week work experience program at a 5-star hotel</p>
