What are my chances?

I'm currently a Junior who plans on going to the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
GPA: 3.86/4.00 I don't know what my weighted GPA is...
It should be noted that I've gotten all As in my AP and Honors classes and whatever Bs that I got were in classes like English
AP's taken: Chemistry, Biology, Physics B, Physics C: Mechanics, Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism, Statistics, Calculus AB, Calculus BC
AP's that I plan on taking: Environmental Science, Computer Science, Psychology
General Classes taken:
-Math(all Honors classes):Algebra I(6th grade),Geometry(7th), Algebra 2(8th), Pre-Calculus(Tested Out)
-Science: Bio, Chem, Physics
-Social Studies: US History, Civics and Economics
-English: 9th, 10th, and 11th grade
I took Linear Algebra and Calculus 3 in the beginning of the school year, and I'm currently in Differential Equations. I'm going to take Organic Chemistry I & II and Microbiology next year. These were and are to be done at a community college nearby.
Electives:Computer Programming I & II, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Careers, Gym and Health, 4 years of Chinese
ACT: 34 Sophomore year, planning on retaking for a 35/36
Extra Curricular: -Volunteer hours at hospital: 100
- Volunteer at local church, soup kitchen
- In NHS
- Math Club
- Computer Club (Currently President)
- Science Club
- HOSA
- Robotics for the past 3 years, gone to World Championships every time and have gotten medals and various awards

I'm sure I left some stuff out but based on this what are my chances? I want to study Pre-Med and Computer Science at the same time. I know that race seems to be a factor for admissions so if it makes a difference, I'm Indian.

Oh and also
SAT I Superscore: 800 math, 800 writing, 730 Reading (planning on retaking just to improve reading)
SAT II: 800s on Chemistry, Physics, and Math Level 2
5s on all the AP tests that I’ve taken.

Seems good, expect acceptance!
Although…umich did reject some top applicants during my year because umich doesn’t like being someone’s safety school. Make sure your essay reflects your true intentions of applying to umich.

You shouldn’t have much trouble getting in. The only thing going against you is that you are (probably) a white male. Not sure why you want to retake the ACT after getting a 34. I know that a 35/36 would be cool, but that one or two point difference of a 34, which is already higher than the top 25% at UM, doesn’t make much of a difference to colleges.

In the OP he clearly states he is Indian.

Premed AND computer science…!

OP >> 5s on all the AP tests that I’ve taken. If those 5s were obtained for the Chemistry, Biology, Physics B, Physics C: Mechanics, Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism, Statistics, Calculus AB, Calculus BC examinations then you have pretty much fulfilled all the courses normally required for “Premed”. I didn’t think Premed was a major or minor at Michigan, anyways. Nonetheless, you have impressive qualifications

Don’t let others discourage you from retaking ACT if you think you can achieve a higher score. UMich CoE is highly competitive. Athough ACT 34 is at the 75%, it would not guarantee your acceptance particularly for oos students. Also, you do need a higher score if you are aiming for merit aid. It is very expensive for oos students otherwise.
