Hello. I would like to know the probability of me getting into University of Pennsylvania. UPenn is my first option because of its outstanding undergraduate business program and its diverse community; The fact that it's an ivy league school is a plus.

Academics:
-I am at the top of my junior class with an expected 4.6 GPA before I graduate.
-My ACT is a 28 and that is because my math section brought me down tons but I do plan on taking it again in February. I expect to make high because of my excessive studying and tutoring. I will settle for nothing less than a 32.
-I have not taken the SAT but my PSAT scores predicted at least a 2100 in the future which i am not fully satisfied with those results.
-My grade average is in the range of 97-98.
-Because my school is a Title I school, it does not offer AP courses except on Access which I plan on taking a few in my senior year although it couldn't possibly be enough to earn actual credit (sorry I'm rambling incessantly)

ECs:
-Editor of Yearbook
-VP of SGA (I couldn't become Pres. because the position is only for seniors)
-Volleyball Captain
-Pres. of FBLA
-Pres. of Key Club
-Also I initiated a chapter of the National Honor Society in my school to compensate for the lack of AP classes. By chartering this chapter, I have encouraged students in my school to strive for greatness in order to be in the society which opens up wonders of opportunities to the colleges of their choice. Because of the late decision to start the program, it is not as beneficial to me but it will be to the upcoming juniors and seniors.
-I've attended numerous leadership conferences
Could this and the improvement of my ACT scores be enough to get into UPenn?
