What are my chances?
Also any extra advice to boost my chances will be greatly appreciated.

As good as anyone’s. So you have a shot, but no guarantee.

But do you think I academically stand out?

Many students applying to these schools have stat like that or even better and many got rejected too. You are above average in stat among applicants but you are not really outstanding academically.

Applying as an international dramatically lessens your chances to top US colleges. Thus the 5% admit rate at Stanford and Harvard is statistically, even less for you, unfortunately. That being said, you have excellent achievements and should apply. You’re VIABLE and that’s all one can hope for. Good luck
