So I just finished my junior year, and it's about time for me to start considering which universities I want to apply for come senior year. To kick off my search, I thought I'd ask for some of your opinions about the kinds of schools that I can get into with my current ability:

Academics

I have a 4.00 GPA.
My SAT and ACT scores are 2270 (730/750/790) and 35 (35/35/34/36), respectively.
I've taken 3 SAT Subject Tests: Math II (790), Chinese (790, I'm Asian American), Chemistry (800). I might take Physics as well.
I've taken 3 AP classes already and plan to take 5 more (8 total)
I won first place at a regional chemistry competition in my sophomore year (not sure if it counts for anything), and have also participated in a number of other math/science competitions.

Extracurriculars

Tennis (only 2 years)
Math Club
60 hours community service

Sadly, my list of extracurricular activities is very lackluster. I'm somewhat introverted and have never taken much initiative in getting involved with my school/community. I'm worried that this can majorly hurt my chances of getting into a college of my choosing.

I want to go into engineering, maybe chemical, electrical, or mechanical. With that in mind, I've compiled a list of possible colleges that I would like to attend:

University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign (my first choice, as I live in Illinois)
University of Texas at Austin
University of California – Berkeley
Georgia Institute of Technology
Carnegie Mellon University
Purdue University

So tell me, what are my chances of getting into any one of these schools? I know that my list is fairly short, so if you know of any universities that may fit my interests, please comment. I'm still pretty new to this whole college search process, and I would appreciate any help that you guys could offer. Thanks!
