What are my chances?!?!?!

<p>I am a current senior that will applying to LSA (Literature, Arts, and Science) at UofM (dream school since forever). </p>

Asian American
First generation college student</p>

<p>GPA: UW- 3.94
9th grade- 3.83
10th grade- 4.0
11th grade- 4.0
ACT- 28 (will take it again)
Course: Extremely Rigorous, IB student </p>

<p>EC's:
Leadership position in two clubs (MSA VP and Red Cross VP)
Clubs- Model UN, MSA, Red Cross, Interact, Film, NHS
150+ hours of community service
Internship at Hospital</p>

<p>Awards:
1st place Crisis award at MUN
1st place regionals Science Fair Award
3rd place nationals Science Fair Award</p>

<p>Teacher Recommendations:
Chem Teacher (exceptional)
Lit Teacher (exceptional)</p>

<p>Your ACT score is a bit low even for in state student. You may want to bring it up a couple points for a better chance. Right now you are sitting on the border line and would be likely deferred if apply EA.</p>

<p>ok thanks for the reply I know I am borderline for EA acceptance but IF I get my ACT up to a 30, do you think I would have a good chance?</p>

<p>Then you will have an ACT at the 25th percentile and above average GPA. That would put you within the match to high match range for in state.</p>

<p>GPA is strong enough to get in. Definitely apply Early Action.</p>
