What are my chances?

I just visited Pitt and I loved it. It's my first choice right now, but I'm worried about getting in.

-SAT: 1940 (650math, 650reading, 640writing) planning to take them again and realistically expect my math score to go up.
-GPA: ~3.56
-Upward trend (in difficulty of classes and grades) freshman year I only took one honors class and my GPA was around an 82, soph year I took 2 honors classes GPA was an 86, junior year took 2 honors classes and my gpa was a 95. This year I'm doing all honors and AP (AP psych and AP gov).
-currently have a job
-currently playing school and club lacrosse
-class officer (treasurer)
-ski club
-project manhood club (visit elementary schools and help kids learn)
-SADD club (students against destructive decisions) main focus of the club is to promote safe decisions and abstain from drugs
-writing my essay (about overcoming a struggle) about managing my time this year and adapting to a busy schedule with work, a sport, being a class officer, and taking harder classes (I switched to AP Gov and honors English half way through the first quarter of my senior year so I had a ton of work to make up) my English teacher is very intelligent and plans to help me out with it.
-3 letters of rec, 2 teachers one from counselor

All responses are appreciated!

You didn’t mention your GPA is weighted / unweighted. You have a very good chance if your GPA is unweighted.

That’s my weighted GPA. My unweighted is still like 3.5 because I haven’t taken all honors/AP until this year

Being that your weighted GPA is only around 3.5, that almost makes it a borderline case because their average is 3.9. Also, it was mentioned on here that Pitt has received a record number of applications this year, meaning it’s probably a lot more competive this year than most for admission.
