mid 1800's sat. I think reading and writing both 620ish, math 560 (I am gonna try getting math up to 600 at least and go to 1900 hopefully in December). GPA slightly above 3.6 (i went to school with 200 kids so while I took hardest classes, I didnt take honors or AP's, which didnt exist). Have very consistent A's and B's throughout. Lot of different extracurriculars (girl's soccer team "varsity" starter, bank clerk job (nothing special), over 35 hours volunteer work, bunch of other stuff). interesting life story and good essays/supplements I think. Fluent in 3 languages.

Very tough call. Stats are very borderline, I think, but other factors could certainly put you in. Getting the SAT up 100 points or so would no doubt help. The fact that your school doesn’t offer honors or AP classes shouldn’t hurt you, as long as your GC makes that clear to Tulane. Did you apply RD?

I have the option to apply early action until tomorrow actually, but i think i’m gonna take SAT’s again and apply RD instead.

And I just checked. my SAT’s are 1840, (630 writing, 680 CR, 530 math so math should be easy to improve on after a month of studying)
