Hello, I applied to UCF for the fall term. Please inform me of my chances
Unweighted GPA: 3.0
Weighted GPA: 3.5
ACT: 20
SAT: 1390
Class Rigor: All Honors, 1 AP
Extracurricular Activities: FPSA member, Police Explorer, Foreign Language Club, Homeland Security Club, Student Intern for state attorneys office, student volunteer for park
Community Service: 200+ Hours

Your gpa is descent , not WOW , but its acceptable.
Test scores: you need to improve by a lot , try getting the ACT 25 or greater.
Class rigor is good
EC’s: look anybody can write all they want, i mean somebody could say " Interned at the J.P morgan southern regional office" . i mean anything. put some context in the positions ( what did you do)

I reccomend working hard the first semester and really boost the test scores

Definitely try and boost your test grades and GPA. Since UCF has a 49% acceptance rate it’s not impossible to get in, but it will make it harder and I agree with the person above- to make yourself look invested in your extra curricular activities. One thing can’t make up for another but show the college that you have something that you were doing that you cherished.
