What are my chances ?

<p>Hi, I am an international student that have applied for U of Minnesota, Twin Cities. I finished my application before the priority deadline.
I have taken my SAT on 6th December and my scores are CR460 M730 W540 (Total=1730)
For my SAT 2 subject tests, I got Maths Level2 760 and Physics 770</p>

<p>I have completed my AS Levels with 4As and 1B. (GPA=4.94)
I have completed my Math A Level one year early and got A*
I am aware that U of Minnesota requires SAT score of 1800 and above.</p>

<p>What are my chances of getting accepted with my current grades/scores?</p>

<p>You have a really good profile but your SAT score is a bit low. I wouldn’t worry too much about it though. Admission decision depends a lot on what college you apply to in the university. Like CSE might be slightly hard to get in, but you will definitely get in the one for general studies.
Also I wouldn’t look at the stats on their website. They are way higher. I know people with ACT score of 24 who got in. But all of them were Minnesota residents, which made admissions easier for them.
If I were you, I wouldn’t worry too much. You will get in. All the best </p>
