Let me know!

Although your stats are a bit on the low side for Wellesley, your NSLI-Y and Rotary experiences are very compelling and will make you stand out because they’re both quite unusual! Your other extracurriculars are also very solid. Good luck!

thank you!

Might depend on what classes you took in high school. Very nice ECs. Test scores marginal. I bet you would do great in an interview, have you had the chance to do one?

I was accepted with only slightly higher test scores and a 4.36 GPA and no interview. I didn’t have many extras or awards, but I did take some very difficult college courses (during summers). I also took all honors and 5 AP courses. I wrote strong essays and perfected them over several weeks. I had attended an overnight at Wellesley. My resume mainly included visits to art museums all over the world, Italian as a 2nd language, sports like golf, sailing and tennis. I consider myself the model Wellesley Girl… never get drunk, enjoy reading and playing club sports. I’m willing to travel for male entertainment (Harvard and MIT), keeping them at a safe distance so as not to interfere with my studies. I also showed my Wellesley spirit by applying ED. I’m a Harvard legacy, but Wellesley is far better for female undergrads. Harvard focuses on grads only. Good luck!

Students with your stats have been admitted to Wellesley. The more important thing to bear in mind is that they will be looking at you as a whole person and not just your numerical test result.
