Student Council Junior Year
Ran for Class President Last Year
Plays music during class changes junior year and most likely senior year

You seem really hardworking, but it really just depends on how you come through in your essay. Your scores are awesome, just tie everything together with a really passionate essay and letters of recommendation from teachers who have seen you shine

I would suggest trying to bring up that ACT score as well (aim for like 28-32 range). A decent GPA and ACT plus a superb essay would make you a pretty good candidate for NYU in my opinion.
