What were your scores on the individual parts of the ACT (English, Math, and Writing specifically). It was noted last year that Pitt does not review the Reading or Science sections of the ACT.

I’m not really sure what are the standards for Pitt, but i know that you can try your stats on schoolinks.com and network with people from the schools you want to go to to see what you need. I think Pitt is on there. Good Luck!

Thanks guys, also I heard the essay prompts were changing this year, is that true?
Also my Act math is a 29 and my Act english is a 32

@firewarrior456, The essay prompts for Fall 2016 are now on our Admissions Process page (which I shared in the previous post). We wanted to get them up now so that students who want to work on them while they wait for the application to open can do so.

Mid August I believe. So when school starts back up contact teachers for recommendations and have the gc send transcript. You can start working on the essays now.
