Schools:
UCB, UCSB, UCD, UCSD, UCLA, UCI, UCR
CAL POLY SLO, SFSU, SDSU, CSUN
USC, USD, USF, PEPPERDINE, CHAPMAN, CAL LUTHERAN

Intended Major: Business / Economics

Driven primarily by you GPA,
UCB, UCSB, UCD, UCSD, UCLA, UCI,CAL POLY SLO and USC are all reaches. One or two could happen but, you’ll need a compelling essay.

PEPPERDINE could go either way but, is unlikely to award much merit aid.

UCR, SFSU, SDSU, CSUN USD, USF, CHAPMAN, and CAL LUTHERAN are all likely to admit you.

I’d swap UCSC for one of more competitive UCs, Also, think about adding CSU LB, they have a well respected Biz and Econ program.

Good luck.

Agree with assessment made by @NCalRent. Your GPA is hurting your chances at many of the schools listed especially the UC’s. It is OK to apply to a few reach schools, but make sure you keep SFSU and CSUN on your list since these look like good safety schools.
