I’m either going to apply to Georgetown early action. What are my chances? Here are my credentials;

2230 SAT

AICE Diploma Recipient (14 Aice Credits total)

I’ve never taken a non Aice/Honors class.

1 year JV Baseball
1 year Varsity Baseball
1 year Black Tips Baseball

2 years spirit club

2 years student voice

2 years of Model UN

1 year National Honor Society

4 years foreign language

Rigorous schedule; I’ve taken hardest schedule’s possible at my school for my junior and senior year.

200+ Hours Volunteer work

Your scores are strong, but your ECs are just OK. You have as much of a chance as anyone. Would not hurt to send the baseball coach some information. It is not too late to try that hook. Best of luck!

I’d say that, realistically, you have a poor chance considering your ECs. And since it’s too late to change those, all you can do is apply and hope for the best.
