What are my chances?

I am a junior in high school with a class rank of 5 out of 150. My GPA unweighted and out of 4.0 is a 3.7391 and my weighted GPA is a 4.5391. I take 3+ dual enrollment classes a semester and honors classes as well. I work after school and am part of school clubs such as NHS, book club, and creators club. What are my chances for the following schools?

2. Stanford
3.Dartmouth
4.Vanderbilt
5.Wesleyan
6.MIT
7.NYU
8.UCLA
9.Boston college
10.UCF
11.Lewis and clark college
12.Providence college
13.Penn State

I have yet to take my ACT, SAT or SAT Subject tests.

I’m taking my ACT on Oct.24th. Also 1 or 2 of my schools are test optional

With your relatively low UW GPA , you better do very well in your tests if you want to get to any one of the top 9 schools in your list (I do not know much about the rest).

Yeah, chancing without ACT scores is useless, because to some extent, they can make or break a borderline application.
