What are my chances?

Hi! I’m a junior and I intend to study public health and I’m out of state (PA).

  • GPA: 3.83w the past two years (but I just got a 4.2w this last quarter) and 3.62uw
  • Rank: 46 out of 396
  • Test Scores: I haven't taken anything but the PSAT and I definitely plan to take the ACT
  • Sophomore Classes: AP US History (3), Honors Precalculus, Honors Global Studies, Spanish II, Honors Chemistry, Honors English (and band and gym/health)
  • Junior Classes: AP Gov and Politics, AP Psychology, AP Statistics, Honors Biology, Honors Spanish 3, Honors English, Economics, Band
  • Senior Honors and APs (hopefully): AP World History, AP Biology, Honors Humanities, Honors Calculus, Honors Physics, Honors Spanish 4, Band

@college1738 based on your class rigor and GPA it looks like you have a good chance and if your ACT is also high you are for sure getting in. What college do you want to go to at the U?

@college1738 You should be fine then. Just have a strong junior year and try to get atleast a 28 on the ACT
