What are my chances?

I'm a high school junior interested in NYU. Here's my info:

Academics:
-All honors and one AP class
-GPA 3.8(unweighted) 4.0(weighted)
-Next year I will be taking two APs, one honors, and some academic electives

SATs:
-SAT I = Verbal-670, Math-650, Writing-610
-I'm retaking the SATs along with three SAT Subject Tests

ECs:
- class president
- lawyer on the Mock Trial team
- Debate/Model Congress
- Drama Theatre
- Jazz Band
- National Honor Society
- Modern Music Masters
- a local band--we've released a full length cd and have made countless performances (many non-profit/charity)
- various community service activites
- some employment

Hopefully I didn't forget anything. What do you think my chances are at NYU? I'm also of Latino background, how would this help with financial aid. From what I hear and from my sisters experience, i'm a little skeptical of the aid I might get at NYU. Any feedback is appreciated.

NYU aid is low. end o' story.

things to consider-bring up the GPA. whats your class rank?

you need to break 700 on at least 2 of the 3 parts on the new SAT. i dont mean its a requirement, but make sure you go into that test realizing its a war, and you need to do as well as you can, period. your SAT scores should be a selling point, but right now theyre likely to ruin whats forming into a very good app. suggestion-work on your essays. again, you dont wanan give the adcoms a chance to complain. if theyre not going to be stellar, then MAKE SURE that they arent going to hurt you.

and finally, what school are you applying to?
