What are my chances

I am a Junior in highschool and a prospective student. I would like to know what you think my chances are for acceptance into the school

I am in the top 10% of my class, and my GPA is a 3.92

My SAT Score is an 1860 (Lower than the Midrange)

My EC activities hopefully make up for a bit of lacking test scores

I have been president of Student Government each year I’ve been in high school and I was elected executive board president for next year

I was elected FBLA President for next year

I have been admitted into Peer Leadership for next year (a very difficult feat),

I am a Varsity Tennis and Soccer Player and a candidate for Tennis Captain next year

I have 800+ service hours and I have been a member of the Red Cross Youth Group since freshman year

I have taken AP Calculus and APUSH, I expect to get atleast a 3 on the calculus exam and atleast a 4 on the APUSH, if not a 5

I am also a member of an International Business Alliance Program through Leadership Initiatives in Washington D.C. where I am partnered with a Nigerian Business. Our Group comes up with business plans and solutions to help our partner’s business grow. I am also the fundraising coordinator of the club and I am required to create fundraising solutions to earn 5000 each year which I have been successful with.

With all of this information, do you think my chances are significant enough to consider NU a reach school, or are my chances simply too minuscule with my lacking test scores?

A few notes with chances:

Northeastern barely cares about class rank. GPA and Test scores are the main two hard numbers to focus on.

Your EC’s are good, but there isn’t much standout beyond the Busines Alliance Program. If you’re going to have a shot, focus there IMO.

How many AP’s are available at your school? Course rigor is important if you have a high GPA. If you didn’t take the most challenging classes, and with your test scores, it’s a tough uphill climb.

If you can get your test score up, every bit helps. Have you tried the ACT?

I think it’s worth the application, but I would consider it a very solid to high reach.
