Unfortunately maintained a low-profile grade wise during school and underachieved.

What do you think are my chances of getting accepted into UT, and also what do Admissions look for specifically? What else would help boost my chances as I am about to enter my senior year of high school?

Your score is the equivalent of a 1780 out of 2400. 75% of those admitted scored a 1690 or better, and 25% of those admitted scored a 2060 or higher. In other words, objectively, you aren’t very competitive.

Subjectively, you have no APs, which doesn’t do any favors. However, I don’t know much about marketing, but your experience in the workplace could be big.

Someone with marketing experience should speak on this.
