It don’t know if it matters, but my parents are both refugees and I am a first generation American (I have 4 older siblings that went to college) I also have taken honors English my freshmen and sophomore year. I also started a model United Nations club at my school. I also contacted the counselor in my region and went on a campus tour. Any tips??

Planning on applying early decision

Number of AP classes is impressive. Scores on AP will allow 3 of the classes give you course credit. (Both Histories and your Lit.)

Grades are ok, but not great.

ACT will be your biggest challenge. If you are serious about going to Baylor, you need to work on that and plan on retaking ASAP.

Admission odds aren’t great, and if you did get in, Merit scholarship would not be much if anything.

You have a LOT going for you! Just work on those test scores!
