I have a 3.2 UW gpa and 3.6 Weighted gpa and received a 31 on my act. Although my gpa doesn’t reflect my act scores, I have many community service hours and hobbies. Please let me know if I can get into any of the following colleges:

Well yeah if your essays are good you have a shot at some of these Universities. Money plays an important role here as well as demonstrated interest. I am too applying to Lehigh. Best of luck.
How many APs did you take in grades 10-11, and how many are you currently enrolled in as a senior? A large part of the admissions process is course rigor.
NYU, chapel hill, are reach schools
UMiami and Lehigh are a high match.
