You look like a very qualified applicant and you have a good chance at many of the schools on your list. Intended major will be a determining factor in your chances along with your EC’s and essays.
Add UCSC and UCR for solid Match schools and find a safety school or 2 just in case.

UC’s overall are competitive especially for STEM. Make sure you apply widely and have 1-2 safety schools on your list.
