What are my chances?

I’ll be a senior next year and I’m very nervous about my college applications. I took the ACT Twice and got a 21. My GPA was a 3.69 and my rank was #16 before junior year, but my GPA for my first semester of junior year was a 2.89 and I ended second semester with a 3.62. So now my GPA is a 3.56. I had A’s and B’s all throughout high school, until I failed AP Chemistry 1st semester of 10th grade (I finished with a 75% 2nd Semester) and I got a 70% in Algebra 2 (finished with an 88%). The schools I will be applying to are only Texas schools. They are: UT Austin (reach), TCU, Texas A&M (main Campus), Texas Tech, UT Dallas, Abilene Christian University, St. Edwards, and U of H. Some extracurriculars/ Summers: Woods Project Club for a year, IGNITE for a year, Played piano for 4 years, went on an educational trip to Europe, Library Volunteer, and church helper.
