What are my chances?

i live in michigan. I am an asian female. I go to a private school in Flint MI called Powers Catholic (heard UMich considers it intercity). The schools i’m considering of applying to are Umich, Michigan state, UCLA, UCB, UCSB, Brown, Duke, Cornell, Columbia (reach) , Stanford (reach), Dartmouth. I’m posting this to see your guys opinion on me being accepted into these schools and if there are any other schools you think i should apply to based on the following information.
Highest ACT scores
32 Composite
30 Math
35 Reading
33 English
33 Science

Freshman Year
Honors Humanities English(highest course offered to freshmen have to apply to get in)
Honors Humanities American History
Adv Geometry
Spanish 2
PE/Health
Honors Humanities Religion
Adv Chem (half year)
Adv Bio (half year)

Sophomore Year
Honors Humanities English
Honors Humanities Religion
Honors Humanities World History

Religion

Senior Year (Planned Course Schedule)
AP Physics
AP Environmental Science
Ap Calc
AP studio Art
spanish 4 (no AP spanish offered at my school)
4 Dual Enrollment Courses (chosen for me)
Religion

My GPA is a 4.03 the highest is a 4.33 but my GPA is probably higher because i consistently get Cs in religion. I think my high school takes out religion when giving transcripts. I understand my Course load may not look that difficult but my high school doesn’t offer many AP classes and dual enrollment is used as a replacement for english or social studies classes (so considered higher than AP)

My extracurriculars:
Varsity Tennis 4 years (3 singles) placed at states freshman and junior years. First Team All League, Regional Winner Freshman and Junior Years.
Rotary Interact all 4 Years
NAHS (National Art Honors Society) 3 years (not allowed to join as a freshman) 2nd place drawing in school art show

Model UN Junior Year
Explore-A-Vision National Honorable Mention (Nationwide competition for a science innovation)

Thank you for reading this and the advice! If you think there are other colleges i should apply to please tell me!

You have great scores, grades, and classes. It’s awesome that you’ve taken so many AP and advanced classes, as colleges these days really like to see if you’ve challenged yourself. I’d say your 32 composite is great for UCB and UCLA and some of the other schools. However, with Ivy League Schools, as soon as you’ve gotten a score we’ll within their range (preferably 75th percentile to ensure a good chance), whether or not you’ll be admitted will rest on your personal statements and essays. Your ECs are great as well, but make sure that when you choose to write your essay, you focus on one thing that you’re really passionate about rather than a ton of different things. I hope that helps! Good luck (:

First question: Can your parents afford these schools?

UCB and UCLA give NO financial aid to OOS students. Full fees are $60K per year.
Ask your parents what they have budgeted for your college costs.

Unfortunately, your status as an OOS student, along with a 32 SAT won’t be competitive enough for those two schools given that instate residents are getting higher scores. What is your major.
The State of California is under political pressure to admit more California taxpaying residents and, they will according to the governor.
Apply because the state needs the money, but be aware that you may be limited by state limitations.
Apply to more safeties.

Ask your parents about cost constraints.
